Agronomy and Food Sciences is organized into twelve subjects: Food Science and Food Materials Science, Agro-food Processing and Sustainable Development, Packaging, Food & Functional Food Engineering, Control and Management of Food Processes, Food Bioprocesses, Food Chains, Health Safety, Sensory Qualities, Nutrition and Diet, Food Chain Management and Agronomy. The field covers the whole issue of food development, food and nutrition, including that of the agricultural and marine resources.
