Scientific Knowledge Management is treated both from the strategic point of view, built on public and private issues in terms of access to scientific data, as well as with a regard to the new conditions to be met during the publication, storage and dissemination of public data.
The themes developed make it possible to define the “market” and to know the scale of magnitude of the digital projects of public science (participants, disciplines, journals, economic stakes, etc.). An analysis of the main French and European systems, laws and projects in progress is proposed. This field provides a constructed knowledge of the framework, objectives, technological issues and changes in the work of science.
