Elle abandonne ainsi la notion de milieu continu.<\/p>\n<p>Cet ouvrage pr\u00e9sente la Loi fondamentale de la dynamique, fusionn\u00e9e avec l\u2019\u00e9quation de conservation de la masse, qui s\u2019\u00e9crit formellement comme la somme d\u2019une contribution irrotationnelle et d\u2019une autre sol\u00e9no\u00efdale suivant une d\u00e9composition de Hodge-Helmholtz. Le gradient du potentiel scalaire est associ\u00e9 aux forces de pression tandis que le rotationnel du potentiel vecteur correspond aux forces visqueuses.
